Abstract:
Práce je členěna do tří částí – teoretickou, praktickou a analytickou. Teoretická část je dále rozdělena do tří oddílů. V prvním oddíle je nastíněna problematika vlhkosti staveb, základní postupy diagnostiky a následné realizace sanačních prací. Abstract:
The thesis is divided into three parts – theory, practical part, analysis. The theoretical part deals with the moisture in buildings, the basic ways of its diagnosis and realisation of the remediation work. The second part includes an intruduction to property assessment and defines the basic concepts from this field.
