Evaluation of building structures in terms of sound insulation in residential buildings

Abstract:

Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku vzduchové a kročejové neprůzvučnosti dělicích konstrukcí v bytových domech, jejich porovnání, metodiku výpočtu a analýzu kritických cest. Analýza kritických cest je postup, který v jednotlivých fázích návrhu a výstavby dělicích konstrukcí popisuje potencionální chyby a jejich vliv na celkovou neprůzvučnost konstrukce. Dále se zabývá řešením konkrétních kritických detailů (např. styk podlahy a stěny, dilatační spáry atd.). Cílem práce je nejen seznámit odbornou veřejnost s danou problematikou, vysvětlit metodiku měření, výpočtu a návrhu, ale především upozornit na chyby prováděné v projekční, dozorové, ale i realizační fázi výstavby akustických dělicích konstrukcí. Dalším cílem je porovnání nejčastěji používaných materiálů a jejich provedení na stavbách a v nepolední řadě vykreslení typických kritických detailů. Závěrem by práce měla, poskytnou projekčním a realizačním firmám příručku, která by jim sloužila jako postup návrhu a realizace, ale především sborník detailů konstrukcí použitých při vlastní fázi výstavby.

Abstract:

The work focuses on the issue of airborne and impact sound insulation of dividing structures in residential buildings, their comparison, calculation methodology and analysis of critical paths. The analysis is transmission of critical paths, which in different phases of design and construction of the dividing element describes potential errors and their impact on the sound insulation. In addition, it addresses specific critical details (eg between floors and walls, expansion joints, etc.)The aim is not only to inform the professional public with the issues, explain the methodology of measurement, calculation and design, but also to highlight the mistakes made in the design, supervision, as well as the implementation phase of construction of acoustic partition structures. Another objective is to compare the most commonly used materials and their implementation in the field and at last but not least typical plot of critical details. Finally, work should provide a projection and an implementation guide for companies that would serve as process design and implementation, but mainly proceedings construction details used to own the construction phase.
