Předmětem této bakalářské práce je proces výběru zaměstnanců a analýza jeho implementace v konkrétním podniku. Teoretická část je věnovaná seznámení se s touto problematikou a vysvětlení důležitých pojmů a konceptů. The subject of this bachelor thesis is process of employees’ selection and analysis of the process implementation in a particular company.
