The comparison of National Property Fund of the Czech Republic and Land Fund of the Czech Republic

Anotace:

Cílem bakalářské práce je komparace vybraných oblastí dvou transformačních realizačních institucí v České republice, kterými jsou Pozemkový fond České republiky a Fond národního majetku České republiky. V úvodu teoretické části budou charakterizovány všechny použité pojmy a definice týkající se systémových změn. Bude popsána výchozí pozice a determinanty transformačního procesu české ekonomiky, což vyústí v charakteristiku všech pilířů transformačního procesu v České republice. Dále budou charakterizovány všechny transformační instituce a jejich úloha v procesu transformace. V praktické části bakalářské práce bude analyzován právní rámec obou transformačních institucí, následně bude zpracována analýza činnosti obou fondů a analýza jejich hospodaření. V závěru této části bude provedena komparace vycházející z analytických závěrů předchozích kapitol.

Abstract:

The goal of this thesis is the comparison of selected areas of two transformation institucions in the Czech Republic, which are Land Fund of the Czech Republic and National Property Fund of the Czech Republic. In the introduction of the theoretical part, there will be characterized all the terms and definitions related to transformation changes. The thesis will describe the starting position and determinants of the transformation process of the Czech economy, resulting in characteristics of all the pillars of the transformation process in the Czech Republic. Also, there will be characterized all the transformation institutions and their role in the process of transformation. The practical part of the thesis will analyze the legal framework of both institutions of the transformation, then there will be processed the analysis of activities of both funds and their management. At the end of this section, there will be comparisons based on the analytical findings of previous chapters.
