Diplomová práce se zabývá projektem rekonstrukce hotelu XY na hotel kategorie First Class. Práce je rozvržena na tři části, z nichž jedna je teoretická a dvě praktické. Teoretická část se zabývá cestovním ruchem a hotelovými službami, které jsou tvořeny ubytovacími službami, stravovacími službami a současnými trendy v hotelnictví. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the project focused on reconstruction of a hotel XY at the hotel First Class. The thesis is divided into three parts, one of them is theoretical and two practical. The theoretical part deals with tourism and hotel services, which are formed by accommodation services, food services and current trends in the hotel industry.
