Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o kompetencích Veřejného ochránce práv ve vztahu k antidiskriminačnímu zákonu. Teoretická část je zaměřena nejprve na vymezení Veřejného ochránce práv na obecné úrovni. Tato instituce bude představena nejen v kontextu vazeb ke státní moci, ale také ve vztahu na jeho působnost a pravomoc.
