The influence of addictive substances on reproductive health

Abstract:

Hlavním smyslem této bakalářské práce je podat ucelený přehled informací o nejznámějších návykových látkách. V první části práce jsou definovány základní pojmy této problematiky, je zde charakterizována i věková skupina respondentů a vysvětlen pojem edukace a její vliv. V další části je u každé návykové látky zmíněna její charakteristika, účinky na organismus, jak pozitivní, tak negativní a také vliv jednotlivých drog na reprodukční zdraví. Dále je zde kapitola věnována závislostem na návykových látkách, jejich léčbě a prevenci. V druhé části jsou analyzovány výsledky dotazníku, který se zabývá užíváním návykových látek a úrovní edukace o této problematice. Na tento dotazník odpovídali studenti dvou středních škol. Hlavním zjištěním práce je poměrně hraniční informace o tom, že většina nezletilých studentů již někdy zkusila návykovou látku nebo ji dokonce pravidelně užívá, a že mají nedostatek informací o jejich účincích a důsledcích na organismus člověka.

Abstract:

The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to provide a complete overview of information about the most known addictive substances. Firts part of the thesis presents basic terms of this issue, defines age groups of respondents and describes the concept of education and its influence. Next part talks about charakteristics of individual substances, its positive as well as negative impacts on the organism and the influence of different drugs on the reproductive health. One chapter is dedicated to addictions to addictive substances, their treatment and prevention. Second part of the thesis analyses the results of questionnaire, which focuses on the use of addictive substances and the level of education about this issue. Respondents were students from two high schools. The main findings of the thesis is a relatively borderline information that most students have ever tried an addictive substance or even regularly use it and that they lack information about their effects and consequences on the human organims.
