Burden of Proof Theories
Abstract:
The work defines the evidence and concepts associated with it, divides the burden of proof to subjective and objective, critically analyses older theories of division of the burden of proof and also refers to a theory analysis standards used in practice.
Abstract:
Práce definuje dokazování a pojmy s ním spojené, vymezuje důkazní břemeno na subjektivní a objektivní, podrobuje kritické analýze starší teorie dělení důkazního břemene a zároveň poukazuje na praxí používanou teorii analýzy norem.
