Protože insolvenční řízení je rozsáhlé téma a orientace v něm může být pro „laiky“ velmi obtížná, zaměřuji se ve své diplomové práci na insolvenční řízení zejména z pohledu věřitele. Because the insolvency procedure is extensive topic and the orientation can be difficult for liman,in my thesis I focus on the insolvency procedure mainly from the perspective of the creditor.
