Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi využívání brownfield. Tématicky se práce člení na dvě základní části, a to teoretickou část věnovanou problematice brownfield a praktickou část. Úvodní část práce se tedy věnuje základním pojmům z oblasti brownfield, nejčastějším příčinám vzniku a obsahuje také klasifikaci jednotlivých typů brownfield včetně častých problémů při jejich rekultivaci. The bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of utilizing the Brownfield sites illustrated on a practical example. Thematically, the work is divided into two parts, a theoretical section, which addresses the Brownfield issues and its practical part.
