Monitoring the relationship between pelvic floor function and the activity of the deep stabilization system of the spine

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce obsahuje poznatky o funkci pánevního dna a hlubokém stabilizačním systému páteře lidského těla a o možnostech jeho testování či měření. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis funkční anatomie, fyziologie a odchylky pánevního dna, popisuje správně zapojený hluboký stabilizační systém a jeho insuficienci. Praktická část obsahuje 35 respondentek, které byly vybrány náhodně a jedinou podmínkou bylo stanoveno pouze ženy před porodem. Metody, které byly zvoleny v této práci jsou testy dle Koláře, vyšetření pomocí SONO Q3 a pomocí lékařského tonometru. Jedná se o kvantitativní výzkum a testování takového počtu respondentek by nemuselo přinést markantní výsledky. Veškeré informace získané tímto výzkumem mohou být předmětem dalšího zkoumání.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis contains knowledge about the function of the pelvic floor and the deep stabilization system of the human body and of its testing or measurement possibilities. The theoretical part is focused on the description of functional anatomy, physiology and pelvic floor deviation, it describes the properly connected deep stabilization system and its insufficiency. The practical part of this work contains data from 35 respondents who were selected randomly with only one condition which was that only women before childbirth could be welected for the research. The methods that were chosen for this work are tests according to Kolář, examination with SONO Q3 and with a medical tonometer. These methods are based on quantitative research and testing so a selected number of respondents may not yield significant results. All information obtained from this research may be subject to further investigation.
