Bakalářská práce se zabývá vaječnými žebříky a jejich využitím v práci nutričního terapeuta. This bachelor thesis focuses on egg ladders and their use by dietitians. The theoretical part briefly addresses food allergies, then goes into more detail on egg allergy specifically. It thoroughly discusses egg ladders as a method for its management. The text also describes the role of a dietitian in dealing with egg allergy.
