Diplomová práce se zabývá kapitalizací pohledávek. Jejím cílem je vysvětlit proč § 21 odst. 3 ZOK zakazuje kapitalizaci pohledávek vkladem pohledávky za kapitálovou společností a na druhou stranu umožňuje kapitalizaci pohledávky započtením na emisní kurs. Abstract:
This diploma thesis concerns debt-equity swaps. According to section 21 paragraph 3 of the Business Corporations Act, debt-equity swap by contributing the receivable as a contribution to the share capital of a company is prohibited.
