This diploma thesis is dealing with Russian phraseological units with components “tomcat/cat” and “mouse” and their equivalents in Czech language. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá ruskými frazeologickými jednotkami s komponenty „kocour/kočka“ a „myš“ a jejich ekvivalenty v češtině. Teoretická část se věnuje charakteristice základních pojmů a klasifikaci frazeologismů z různých hledisek.
