Anesthesia technique for elective cesarean delivery from the perspective of the mother

Anotace:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou výběru typu anestézie u plánovaného císařského řezu. Teoretická část je zaměřená na popis způsobu anestézie, jejich indikací a výskytu možných komplikací. Empirická část diplomové práce zkoumá a porovnává výběr druhů anestézie u plánovaného císařského řezu. Cílem práce je zjistit faktory vedoucí k výběru typu anestézie a zpětné hodnocení typu anestézie matkami samotnými.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of choosing the type of anesthesia for a planned caesarean section. The theoretical part is focused on the description of the method of anesthe-sia, their indications and the occurrence of possible complications. The empirical part of the diploma thesis examines and compares the selection of types of anesthesia in the planned caesarean section. The aim of the thesis is to determine the factors leading to the choice of the type of anesthesia and the retrospective evaluation of the type of anesthesia by mothers.
