Decision - making of air passengers
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na otázku vlivu iracionálního rozhodování a kognitivních zkreslení na rozhodování cestujících v letecké dopravě. Analyzuje tyto vlivy pomocí dotazníkového šetření a z dosažených výsledků vyvozuje doporučení, která by mohla tyto vlivy minimalizovat, případně tyto vlivy využít ve prospěch marketingového ovlivnění potencionálních cestujících
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis focuses on the question of the influence of irrational decision - making and cognitive distortions on the decision - making of air passengers. It analyzes these effects using a questionnaire survey and derives recommendations from the results that could minimize these effects or use these effects in favor of marketing influences of potential passengers.
