Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou práv zvířat a jejich týráním. Cílem práce je provedení analýzy platné právní úpravy ochrany zvířat proti týrání v České republice. Specificky se práce zaměřuje na jejich ochranu v rámci tří základních oblastí, jimiž jsou zájmové chovy, zvířata chovaná pro pokusné a jiné vědecké účely a zvířata chovaná v cirkusech. This bachelor thesis is focused on animal rights and cruelty to animals. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the valid legal regulation of animal protection against cruelty in the Czech Republic.
