This thesis is based on the printing industry terminology. It describes the basic word formation processes, paying special attention to syntagmatic compounds and long terminological groupings creation. Tato práce je zaměřena na terminologii polygrafického průmyslu. Popisuje základní procesy tvorby slov, přičemž věnuje zvláštní pozornost syntagmatické kompozici a utváření dlouhých terminologických uskupení. Hlavním zdrojem byly manuály společnosti KBA Grafitec, které byly použity k analýze morfologické a morfosyntaktické struktury používaných termínů.
