Záměrem práce je zjistit a popsat rozpory mezi požadovanými zájmy různých okolních subjektů na středisko a jeho reálnými dispozicemi. Pro zvolený problém je s ohledem na povahu zkoumaného problému využita kvalitativní metoda zakotvené teorie.
