Diplomová práce se zabývá politickými procesy v 50. letech v Československu. V první části se zaměřuje na právní úpravu předmětného období, orgány činné v trestním řízení, průběh soudních procesů a na revizi těchto případů. Druhá část je věnována církevním procesům. The Diploma Thesis deals with political processes in the 50s in Czechoslovakia. The first part focuses on the legislation, criminal justice, Criminal Law, trial and revision of the cases. The second part focuses on the political processes with church. There is a description of the relationship between state and church after year 1948 in this part.
