Diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem a modelováním úmrtnosti na závažná onemocnění a dále také analýzou nákladů jejich léčby. Součástí práce jsou definice základních pojmů, popis úmrtnostních tabulek a charakteristika zákonů úmrtnosti. The diploma thesis deals with the development and modelling of mortality on serious diseases and also with the analysis of the costs of their treatment. The work includes definitions of basic terms, description of mortality tables and characteristics of mortality laws.
