Mycological survey of the forests of the city of Stříbro in the localities U Tří dubů and Harabaska

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo provedení mykologického průzkumu stopkovýtrusných hub hospodářského lesa u Stříbra. V rámci inventarizační činnosti v lokalitách U Tří dubů a Harabaska, která probíhala od února do prosince roku 2021 bylo nalezeno a popsáno 161 druhů hub ze skupiny Basidiomycota. Bylo zde nalezeno šest druhů hub, které jsou součástí Červeného seznamu hub (makromycetů) České republiky (Antrodia ramentacea, Cortinarius turgidus, Diplomitoporus flavescens, Junghuhnia lacera, Phyllotopsis nidulans) a nejvzácnější nález, kriticky ohrožený druh Tomentellopsis zygodesmoides. Výsledky poskytují náhled na biodiverzitu hospodářského lesa a ukazují, že taková lokalita nemusí být nezajímavá.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor's thesis, was to perform a mycological survey of Basidiomycota in the commercial forest near Stříbro. The inventory activities were conducted from February to December 2021 and 161 species of fungi from the Basidiomycota group were found and described. It was possible to identify six species that are part of the Red List of mushrooms (Macromycetes) of the Czech Republic (Antrodia ramentacea, Cortinarius turgidus, Diplomitoporus flavescens, Junghuhnia lacera, Phyllotopsis nidulans) and the rarest finding, the critically endangered species Tomentellopsis zygodesmoides. The results provide insight into the biodiversity of the commercial forest and show that such a site may be interesting.
