Abstract:
V teoretické části bakalářské práce je uvedena anatomie tlustého střeva, epidemiologie a nádorová onemocnění. Pozornost je věnována především kolorektálnímu karcinomu, stagingu CRC a metodám, kterými je možné přítomnost CRC diagnostikovat. In the theoretical part of the thesis is mentioned the anatomy of the intestinum crassum, epidemiology and oncological diseases. I focused especially on the CRC, its staging and methods by which we can diagnose the possible presence of this oncological disease.
