Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje detekci Mycobacterium avium subsp. paratuberculosis (MAP) pomocí real-time PCR. Byla vypracována literární rešerše zaměřená na zařazení MAP do taxonomie mykobakterií a byly popsány metody detekce MAP s důrazem na qPCR. V praktické části byly porovnávány různé metody qPCR detekce MAP s různými detekčními cíli, a to IS900, F57 a ISMAV02.
Abstract:
This thesis is focused on detection of Mycobacterium avium subsp. paratuberculosis (MAP) by real-time PCR. A research of MAP taxonomy has been done, as well as the research of methods used for detection MAP, particularly the qPCR method. There were compared different qPCR assays in the experimental part of the thesis. Various detection targets have been used; IS900, F57 and ISMAV02.
