Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáváním proteinů reprezentovaných formou obecného grafu. Cílem je vytvořit zásuvný modul pro program Cytoscape pro vytváření grafů na základě dat získaných z databáze Protein Data Bank a jejich následné porovnávání.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with comparison of proteins based on graph theory. Main goal is to develop a plugin for Cytoscape for graph creation based on data maintained from the database Protein Data Bank and to compare them.
