The Importance of the Crime Scene and Its Examination

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je Význam místa činu a jeho ohledání pro vyšetřování trestné činnosti. Hlavním cílem je popsat teorii a praktické činnosti policie a shrnout základní skutečnosti související s touto problematikou. Tato práce je převážně teoretická a je rozdělena do 8 kapitol. První tři kapitoly se zaměřují na základní pojmy, teorie, kriminalistické otázky a předměty vyšetřování místa činu. Další dvě kapitoly se zabývají kriminologickým postupem a činnostmi, například přípravou a prvním zásahem na místě činu. Dále jsou zde popsány taktiky a metodologie vyšetření. V neposlední řadě kapitoly šest a sedm věnují pozornost vyhodnocení výsledků a dokumentaci místa činu. Poslední kapitola představuje zároveň praktickou část, ve které je sepsáno vlastní ohledání místa činu.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor thesis is The Importance of the crime scene and its examination. The main aim is to describe the theory and practical activities carried out by the police as well as to summarise the essential facts related to this issue. This work is mainly theoretical and is divided into 8 chapters. The first three chapters focus on the basic terms, theories, criminalistic questions and subjects of examination of the crime scene. The next two chapters deal with criminological procedure and activities for example preparation and the first intervention on a crime scene. Then, there are described the tactics and methodology of examination too. Last, but not least, chapters six and seven I pay attention to the evaluation of results and documentation of a crime scene. The last chapter represents the practical part, in which an examination of the crime scene is drawn up.
