Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá současným zabezpečením bytu se zaměřením na analýzu ochrany konkrétního bytu nacházejícího se v Praze. V teoretické části jsou popsány právní předpisy zabývající se touto problematikou, dále jsou zde popsány jednotlivé možnosti zabezpečení bytu. V praktické části jsou popsány konkrétní druhy zabezpečení modelového bytu. Rovněž jsou zde popsány i některé metody, které se ve skutečnosti nejčastěji používají při překonávání tohoto zabezpečení. U bytu je následně provedena SWOT analýza tohoto stavu zabezpečení. Jsou zde popsány slabé a silné stránky, příležitosti a hrozby. Z těchto výsledků je následně vytvořen návrh konkrétního vylepšení tohoto zabezpečení.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with present securing of the flat with focus on analysis of protection of the concrete flat, which is situated in Prague. In the theoretical part there are described legal regulations dealing with these problems and furthermore there are also described particular possibilities of securing a flat. In the practical part there are described concrete types of securing of the model flat. There are also described some methods, which are actually most often used when putting the system out of order. There is subsequently made SWOT analysis of the state of the system. There are described here weak and strong points, opportunities and threats. According to these results there is subsequently made a proposition of a concrete improvement of this safety appliance.
