Application of blood products in intensive and resuscitation care
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice aplikace krevních přípravků. Teoretická část je zaměřena na transfuze a krevní deriváty, jejich popis a indikace a dále aplikaci krevních přípravků a potransfuzní reakce. Empirická část srovnává sestry pracující v intenzivní péči a sestry pracující na standardních odděleních, sleduje jejich znalosti a zvyklosti v dané problematice.
Abstract:
This thesis is dedicated to the application of blood products. The theoretical part is focused on blood transfusions and blood derivatives, their description and indication and application of blood products and transfusion reactions. Empirical part confronting nurses working in intensive care and nurses working on standard units, monitors their knowledge and practices in the field.
