Balance sheet and its predicative ability in the chosen company.

Abstract:

Téma mé bakalářské práce je „Rozvaha a její vypovídací schopnost ve vybraném podniku“. Vybraný podnik pro tuto práci je společnost Zemcheba, s.r.o. zabývající se zemědělskou výrobou. Cílem je analýza vypovídací schopnosti rozvahy za pomoci finanční analýzy v letech 2009 - 2013. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí teoretické a aplikační. Hlavními body teoretické části jsou literární rešerše a úvodu do problému, kde je rozebrána základní charakteristika rozvahy, druhy a struktura rozvahy, provázanost účetních výkazů a metody finanční analýzy, další body zahrnují výzkumný problém a metodiku práce. V aplikační části se budu věnovat jak absolutními tak i poměrovými ukazateli, díky kterým zjistím finanční zdraví podniku. Na závěr zhodnotím výsledky zjištěné v aplikační části a navrhnu opatření pro zkoumanou společnost.

Abstract:

The topic of my bachelor thesis is: The accounting balance sheet and the testifying ability in chosen company. The chosen company for this work is Zemcheba limited liability company focusing on manufacture of agricultural production. The aim is to analyze the testifying ability of the balance sheet with the help of financial analysis from year 2009 till 2013. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and application part. The main points of the theoretical part are literature search and introduction of the problem, focusing on the main characteristic of balance sheet, types and the structure of balance sheet, interconnection of accounting reports and the methods of financial analysis. Other parts involve the research problem and the methodic of the work. I am going to devote to absolute and ratio indicators in the application part which will show me the financial health of the company. In the end I will summarize the outcomes of the application part and I will suggest the healing of the arrangements for the company.
