Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku aktuálního stavu předpokladů pro výkon funkce úředníka v krajském městě Ústí nad Labem v porovnání se zněním Zákona o úřednících územně samosprávných celků. Pomocí komparativní analýzy je tento stav předpokladů zjištěn a dále je v práci porovnán s aktuálním stavem předpokladů pro výkon funkce úředníka ve městě Most a v Ústeckém kraji.
Abstract:
The Bachelor Thesis is focused on the issues of the current state of prerequisites for the performance of the function in county seat Ústí nad Labem in comparison with the wording of the Act on Officials of Territorial Self-Government Units.
