The proposal to improve logistics activities at the airport Caslav
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá logistickými činnostmi na 21. základně taktického letectva Čáslav. Cílem práce je prostřednictvím podrobné analýzy identifikovat slabá místa v logistických činnostech na letišti Čáslav a navrhnout opatření na jejich zlepšení. Součástí práce je rovněž zhodnocení navržených opatření.
Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis is focused on logistics activities (processes) at the 21st Tactical Air Force Base Čáslav. The aim of this thesis is to identify weaknesses in logistic's activities (processes) at the 21st tactical air force base Čáslav by detailed analysis and to suggest measures for their improvement. The part of this thesis is also evaluation of the suggested measures.
