The role of Probation and Mediation Service in criminal proceedings
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce v teoretické části vysvětluje základní pojmy související s problematikou probace a mediace. Teoretická část dále pojednává o probačním dohledu, alternativních trestech, mediaci, probačních úřednících a mediátorech. Praktická část je vypracována na základě dotazníkového šetření, které je zaměřeno na veřejnost a její znalosti a názory z oblasti probace a mediace.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis in the theoretical part explains the basic concepts related to the issue of probation and mediation. The theoretical part also deals with probation supervision, alternative sanctions, mediation, probation officers and mediators.
