Abstract:

Bakalářská práce "Historie, současnost a možnosti investování" pojednává o možnostech individuálního a kolektivního investování v České republice. Teoretická část je zaměřena na historii a vývoj samotného investování, úlohy cenných papírů na finančním trhu a o možnostech, kam a jak investovat volné finanční prostředky. Je zde také přiblížena charakteristika individuálního a kolektivního investování. Praktická část vymezuje obchodování na Burze cenných papírů Praha, RM-Systému a jejich porovnání z hlediska velikosti množství kusů akcie „lotu“. Tato část dále definuje investiční varianty kolektivního investování pro začínajícího investora prostřednictvím fondů vybraných investičních společností v České republice. Cílem práce je na základě zjištěných informací konstatovat, jak nejlépe může investor zhodnotit své peníze prostřednictvím zvolených systémů investování.Jestliže se investor rozhodne zhodnotit své prostředky pomocí tzv. individuální investice, bude obchody realizovat na burzách, kde může vystupovat jako investor buď sám nebo pomocí RM-Systému, nebo prostřednictvím obchodníka s cennými papíry na Burze cenných papírů Praha. Musí však předpokládat, že je u této investice nutné obětovat čas svým obchodům, zajišťovat stálý přísun informací o cenných papírech i trzích. Nechce-li však investor rozhodovat o svých investicích a obětovat jim tolik času, nabízí se mu volba kolektivního investování, kde jsou nejběžnější typem otevřené podílové fondy.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis „History, present and channels of investment“ is dealing with individual and collective investing in the Czech republic. The theoretical part concentrates on history and development of investment, function shares of money-market and channels, where and how invest in financial instruments. The last chapter of this part deals with description of individual and collective investing. The practical part specifies Prague stock-exchange dealing, RM-System dealing and their comparison in term of size quantity pieces of shares „lot“. Then the investing channels of collective investing for beginning investor are mentioned by means of funds chosen investment companies in Czech republic. The aim of the thesis is to find out on the basis of the information found, how best the investor can increase the value of his money by the chosen investment scheme. If the investor decides to recoup the funds through so-called individual investment, transactions will be conducted on exchanges, which may act as an investor, either alone or with the RM-System, or through a broker on the Prague Stock Exchange. However, it must be assumed that this is the time investment required to sacrifice their business, ensuring a constant supply of information on securities and markets. If, however, the investor does not want to decide about investments, there exists the choice of collective investment, which is the most common type of open-end mutual funds.
