The development and education of extramely low birth weight children

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vývoj, výchovu a vzdělávání extrémně nedonošených dětí. První tři kapitoly teoreticky vymezují hlavní oblasti týkající se tématu. První kapitola charakterizuje rizikového novorozence, popisuje faktory, které děti ohrožují, anatomické a fyziologické zvláštnosti novorozence, nejčastější formy postižení perinatálně ohrožených dětí, což jsou např. poruchy motoriky, poruchy zraku (ROP), poruchy sluchu, různá záchvatová onemocnění, mentální retardace a jiné. V druhé kapitole je nastíněna problematika výchovy v rodině, je popsána podpora rodiny v oblasti rané péče, možnosti vzdělávání jedinců se zdravotním postižením, legislativní vymezení a jednotlivé složky vzdělávacího programu. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena na problematiku narušeného vývoje řeči, rozvoje komunikačních schopností a dysartrii. Výzkumná část bakalářské práce, čtvrtá kapitola, obsahuje kazuistiku extrémně nedonošeného dítěte. Jejím cílem bylo popsat, jaké druhy speciálně pedagogické podpory hodnotí rodiče jako pomáhající při výchově.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the development and education of extremely low birth weight childern. The first three chapters theoretically describe main topics. The first chapter of thesis describes a premature child and factors that may threaten it, the anatomical and physiological oddities of a newborn child, the most frequent forms of handicap, which are for example: movement disorder, sight disorder (ROP), hearing disorder, various attack diseases, mental retardation etc. The second chapter describes problems of the family with a child with handicap, there is depicted the support of the early intervention., the education of individuals with special needs, education possibilities of children with handicap, legislative limitation and individual components of education program. The third chapter focuses on the topic of developmental speech disorders, the development of communication skills., the dysarthria. The practical part, the four chapter, contains the casuistry of the extremely-low-birth-weight child. Its aim was to describe which types of special educational support do the parents judge as effective and helpful in their effort.
