Short-circuit conditions at the energy source in Planá nad Lužnicí

Abstract:

Teoretická část této práce představuje teplárnu C-Energy Planá s.r.o. a jednotlivé technologie, které se v teplárně využívají. Dále je zde uvedena problematika modernizace elektrické sítě ČR a s ní spojená přestavba přenosového vedení, do kterého je vyvedena teplárna Planá. V posledním úseku teoretické části je uveden přehled softwarů pro výpočet zkratových poměrů v elektrických sítích. Praktická část této diplomové práce se zaměřuje na modelování elektrické sítě teplárny v příslušných softwarech. Následně je proveden výpočet zkratových proudů na jednotlivých napěťových hladinách pro současný stav provozu přenosové sítě a pro výhledový stav provozu přenosové sítě. Poté jsou pro možné kombinace zapojení generátorů porovnány výsledky zkratových proudů s výdržnými zkratovými proudy rozvodny 10,5 kV. Závěrem je provedeno zhodnocení vlivu přestavby vedení na rozvodnu 10,5 kV.

Abstract:

The theoretical part of this thesis presents the C-Energy Planá s.r.o. heating plant and the individual technologies used in the heating plant. Furthermore, the problems of the modernization of the Czech power grid and the related reconstruction of the transmission line to which the Planá heating plant is connected are presented. In the last section of the theoretical part, an overview of software for calculating short-circuit ratios in electrical networks is given. The practical part of this thesis focuses on modelling the electrical network of the heating plant in the relevant softwares. Subsequently, the calculation of short-circuit currents at individual voltage levels is performed for the current state of operation of the transmission network and for the future state of operation of the transmission network. Then, for possible combinations of generator connections, the short-circuit current results are compared with the sustained short-circuit currents of the 10.5 kV substation. Finally, an assessment of the impact of the line conversion on the 10.5 kV substation is made.
