Abstract:

Práce je věnována studiu fyzikálně-chemických vlastností chalkogenidových skel a tenkých amorfních vrstev systému As2Se3-As2Te3-SnTe připravených vakuovým napařování a pulzní laserovou depozicí. Byly studovány optické vlastnosti a struktura objemových skel a tenkých amorfních vrstev a jejich změny v závislosti na složení, na metodách přípravy tenkých vrstev a na následné expozici tenkých vrstev zářením a jejich temperaci v blízkosti teploty skelného přechodu.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the study of physico-chemical properties of chalcogenide glasses and thin amorphous films of system As2Se3-As2Te3-SnTe prepared by thermal evaporation and pulsed laser deposition. Optical properties and structure of bulk glasses and thin films were studied and their changes depending on the composition, on the thin films preparation method and on the exposure of thin films and their annealing near glass transition temperature were discussed.
