Byly studovány agregační schopnosti hyaluronanu na povrchu kladně nabité slídy pomocí mikroskopie atomárních sil. Hyaluronan byl na povrch deponován z vodných roztoků bez a s obsahem pufračního činidla. Abstract:
Aggregation capabilities of hyaluronan on positively charged mica surface were studied by atomic force microscopy. Hyaluronan was deponated from aqueous solutions with and without buffer agent. Studied were variables such as type of disperse medium, temperature, temperature gradient, dilution means of original solutions before deposition on supporting surface.
