Tato práce popisuje realizaci systému, jenž umožňuje správu pedagogických úvazků na Katedře informatiky a výpočetní techniky Západočeské univerzity v Plzni. Objasňuje zásadní pojmy týkající se databází a poskytuje přehled využitých technologií, včetně zdůvodnění jejich výběru.
