Drawing of Preschool Children from the Point of View of Kindergarten Teachers

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na dětskou kresbu v kontextu předškolního vzdělávání. Cílem práce je popsat pohled učitelek mateřských škol na kresbu dětí předškolního věku. Teoretická část se zabývá znaky, ontogenezí dětské kresby a vlivy, které na ni působí. Orientuje se také na podporu a rozvoj kresby v předškolním vzdělávání s důrazem na roli učitele. Obsahem praktické části je interpretace dat z kvalitativně orientovaného výzkumu, který byl realizován prostřednictvím rozhovorů s osmi učitelkami mateřských škol. Výzkumná zjištění ukazují, jaké faktory ovlivňují dětskou kresbu v současném předškolním vzdělávání, jak učitelky mateřských škol využívají kresbu v pedagogickém procesu a jakým způsobem přistupují k její interpretaci.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on children's drawing in the context of preschool education. The aim of the thesis is to describe the perspective of kindergarten teachers on the drawing of preschool children. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics, ontogenesis of children's drawing, and influences affecting it. It also focuses on supporting and developing drawing in preschool education with an emphasis in the role of the teacher. The practical part includes the interpretation of data from qualitatively oriented research, which was conducted through inteviews with eight kindergarten teachers. The research findings show what factors influence children's drawing in contemporary preschool education, how kindergarten teachers use drawing in the pedagogical process, and how they approach its intepretation.
