Flavonoids in species of family Lamiaceae

Abstract:

V práci byly popsány flavonoidy, jejich chemická struktura, vlastnosti a význam. Dále byla popsána morfologie druhů rodů Mentha L., Salvia L. a Origanum L. se zaměřením na správné taxonomické zařazení a stručnou charakteristiku odrůd. Z odborné literatury a vědeckých článků byly čerpány informace o obsahových látkách jednotlivých taxonů se zaměřením na flavonoidy, jejich obsah, účinky a faktory, které jejich obsah a množství ovlivňují.

Abstract:

In this bachelor thesis were described flavonoids, their chemical structure, properties and significance. Furthermore, the morphology of the genera Mentha L., SalviaL. and Origanum L. was described with a focus on the correct taxonomic classification and brief characteristics of the varieties. From the literature and scientific articles was collected informations about the content substances of individual taxa with a focus on flavonoids, their content, effects and factors that influence their content and quantity.
