Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl zhodnocení historického vývoje právní úpravy pojišťovnictví a pojištění od roku 1948 do současnosti, analýzu změn v zákonech týkajících se pojišťovnictví po roce 1989 a změny v tuzemském pojištění odpovědnosti z provozu motorových vozidel
Abstract:
This thesis aims to evaluate the historical development of insurance regulation and insurance from 1948 to the present, analysis of changes in laws relating to the insurance industry since 1989 and changes in the domestic liability insurance of motor vehicles
