Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice objektivní stránky trestného činu, popisuje jednání, následek a příčinnou souvislost mezi jednáním a následkem. Dále se zaměřuje na fakultativní znaky objektivní stránky trestného činu.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with objective aspects of a criminal offence and describes action (behavior), consequence and causal relationship between the two. Further, it focuses on facultative requirements of the objective aspects of a criminal offence.
