Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá uvaděčem přímé řeči (quotative) be like, jeho vývojem a jeho gramatikalizací. Přidržujíc se definice gramatikalizace jako nabytí nové gramatické funkce jsme došli k závěru, že be like podstoupilo proces gramatikalizace.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the quotative construction be like and its development. It aims to determine whether the development of be like can be ascribed to grammaticalization. Considering grammaticalization being a development of a new grammatical function, it can be concluded that be like has undergone grammaticalization.
