Předkládaná práce je věnována problematice měření výkonnosti v podniku MZP. Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnocení, výběr a aplikace nejvhodnější metody měření výkonnosti v akciové společnosti MZP. Obsahově je práce rozčleněna na několik částí, které na sebe navazují. Práce popisuje, na základě analýzy literárních pramenů, aktuální poznatky zkoumané problematiky.
