The Role of the World Health Organization on Fight against the epidemy HIV/AIDS in developing countries
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá Světovou zdravotnickou organizací, WHO při OSN a její úlohou, kterou hraje v boji proti epidemii HIV/AIDS. Řeší postavení WHO, její komparativní výhody ve zdravotnických otázkách a jakými konkrétními programy se v této otázce angažuje. Práce také ukazuje, proč je důležité se touto problematikou zabývat a jaké jsou dopady této epidemie.
Abstract:
The work concentrates on the World Health Organisation, WHO and the role it plays in fighting the HIV/AIDS epidemy. It discusses the postition of WHO, its advantages and specific programmes it initiates. The work also indicates the importance of studying the topic and consequences of the epidemy.
