Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou kriminality dětí a mladistvých. Členěna je do šesti základních kapitol, v nichž je obsažena charakteristika kriminality mládeže z kriminologického i trestněprávního hlediska, její vývojové trendy a struktura, příčiny a podmínky delikvence dětí a mladistvých, zvláštnosti řízení proti nim a systém opatření, resp. formy sankcí za protiprávní jednání. The thesis deals with the issue of child and juvenile crime.
