Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou diskriminace podle pohlaví na českém trhu práce. Cílem práce je na základě teoretických zjištění a zpracovaných dat zjistit, zda existuje na českém trhu práce skutečně problém genderové diskriminace. This bachelor thesis deals with the problem of gender discrimination in the Czech labor market. The aim of the thesis is to find out, on the basis of theoretical findings and processed data, whether there is in fact a problem of gender discrimination in the Czech labor market.
