Předmětem této diplomové práce je vytvoření návrhu metodiky pro hodnocení efektivnosti výdajů na ochranu ovzduší z místních rozpočtů v České republice. Místní rozpočty jsou reprezentovány rozpočty obcí s rozšířenou působností. Práce se skládá z šesti kapitol. The goal of the submitted thesis is to propose the methodology for the evaluation of the effectiveness of public expenditures for air protection from local budgets in the Czech Republic.
