Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice Telemedicíny v ergoterapii neboli poskytování ergoterapeutických služeb distanční formou. Struktura práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se skládá z kapitol pojednávajících o základní terminologii telemedicíny, technickém vybavení včetně přehledu videokonferenčních platforem a nachází se zde i výčet související legislativy. Praktická část obsahuje dotazníkové šetření, ve kterém jsou zjišťovány názory a zkušenosti ergoterapeutů s telemedicínou. V této části se dále nachází rozhovory s odborníky, kteří mají s probíranou problematikou zkušenosti. Na závěr je provedena praktická ukázka telemedicíny v ergoterapii. Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je prověřit, zda v České republice ergoterapeuté znají problematiku telemedicíny, konkrétněji telerehabilitace a zda jej při terapiích využívají.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of Telemedicine in occupational therapy, or in other words the provision of occupational therapy services remotely. The structure of the work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part consists of chapters dealing with the basic terminology of telemedicine, technical equipment, including an overview of videoconferencing platforms, and there is also a list of related legislation. The practical part contains a questionnaire survey in which the opinions and experiences of occupational therapists with telemedicine are determined. This section also includes interviews with experts who have experience with the discussed issues. At the end, a practical demonstration of telemedicine in occupational therapy is performed. The main goal of this diploma thesis is to check whether occupational therapists in the Czech Republic know the issue of telemedicine, more specifically telerehabilitation, and whether they use it during therapy.
