Abstrakt Bakalářská práce se zabývá základními pojmy používanými v onkologii, cytostatiky, jejich aplikací. Popisuje jednotlivé formy podání chemoterapie a její nežádoucí účinky. Zabývá se také žilními vstupy pro aplikaci chemoterapie a komplikacemi, které s těmito vstupy souvisí. Abstract This thesis deals with basic concepts used in oncology, cytostatics, their application. Describes the different forms of chemotherapy administration and possible side effects, with intravenous chemotherapy administration and complications related to these inputs.
